You must keep a record of injuries that happen to employees. Within the publication is advice on how the accident book should be used and an introduction to reporting of injuries, diseases and Dangerous Occurrencies Regulations 1995. To ensure you comply with the Data Protection Act 1988, this book has been produced with the tear off report forms allowing details of that person to be kept filed in a safe and secure place.
