We know it can be a pain having to wait in all day for your online order to arrive. That's why we offer a variety of delivery options to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your order and spend less time waiting around.
Once your order is despatched via our courier partners (DPD + Royal Mail) you will be provided with a tracking number for full updates. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm and a signature may be required on receipt. All our options are fully tracked giving you full view of your order once it has left our warehouse and depending on the courier you choose you will not only receive a time slot but there are further options for leaving in a safe place, with a neighbour or to a drop-off point.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times quoted are working days excluding weekends unless selecting Saturday or Sunday delivery options. For example, if you order on Friday and select Next Working Day, your goods will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Additional Carriage Charges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of certain items within our range, additional carriage charges are incurred. Any items that incur additional carriage charges will be clearly identified in the description of the product and orders that contain these items will be advised the additional carriage charge by email shortly after we receive your order. Your order will not be despatched until we receive confirmation and payment for the additional carriage charge.
Items that incur additional carriage charges are:
Oversized Items - £24.95
Oversized items (longer than 1.5m) such as spineboards require special courier handling due to the restrictions of the conveyor belts that couriers use. Due to the additional cost this incurs, an additional charge will be applied to all orders including oversized items delivered to mainland UK.
Pallet Items - £49.95
Large or heavy items such as full body manikins require shipping on pallets. Due to the additional cost this incurs, an additional charge will be applied to all orders including oversized items delivered to mainland UK.
